Rules - READ BEFORE POSTING!

All of these rules will be obeyed, unless you will want a harsh punishment(Moderation, Ban, Mute, IP Ban, etc.)

1. NO FLAMING/SPAMMING!
2. Do not Advertise Forums!
3. Do not virus scan your server, if you virus scan, you will be muted/banned, because you can cause a virus. Look at the rules on MoparScape for further information.
4. Do not advertise in general without permission by Full Metalst or the other staff. Staff, if you let them advertise, make sure that they only advertise servers, not forums.
5. No Giving Away URLs If They Give Viruses!
6. I will allow cussing, but not in a flaming way. If you swear in an offensive way, you will be punished without warning.
7. No leeching servers, sources, other downloads, etc.
8. Only one account per user!
9. Crying about a lock - If you 'cry', or complain, about a lock in another topic(Spam, Random, General Discussion, etc.), you will be harshly punished for spamming. Only I will fix the punishments staff will give to you, so don't complain.

10. Bumping over a one-month old topic - Bumping a topic that is over four weeks old is prohibited. The forum does not want to see old topics again. Bumping the four week topic is allowed if it's on the front page those four weeks. If you break this rule, the topic will be removed by the staff. Staff has the right to remove if necessary.

Note: If you don't abide by my rules, punishments will enforce, maybe even a permanent ban, or a limited ban, depends on the rule you broke. If you make more than 1 account after breaking the rules, you will be IP banned, meaning you won't be able to go on the forums again. Please note that I'm not trying to be harsh, it's the rules, and if you want to stay, you're going to have to abide by them. Also, if I say 'Original rules apply', these are the original rules.
